Your account will be charged when your Strobel Rambler Travel Guitar is purchased.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments payments through Paypal.

The transaction will appear on your statement as Strobel Guitars.

All transactions are in US Dollars (USD).

Please save a copy of your receipt for your records.

Your information will not be shared with any third party.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your new Rambler Professional Electric Travel Guitar for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We strive for Total Customer Satisfaction and will do everything we can to make sure your new Rambler Travel Guitar meets or exceeds your expectations. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and the guitar (and gig bag) must be returned in the original shipping carton.

Once we receive your return and verify the instrument is undamaged and still in new and unused condition; we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.
